  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Official Buck Picture Thread

One of my favorite all-around Bucks, a Mesa (420HC) with super nice grippy micarta, great little camp blade, nice size and shape and length and full tang. Wish they would make another run of these in 3V or 5160 with the same micarta (great idea for a stealth run?), it's not the smooth kind, it's that rougher stuff that gives a great grip even when it's wet or your hands are greasy, feels a lot like the denim micarta I make for myself. This one is the designated truck emergency knife, it stays in the center console.

My roommate in college had one of the older light ones (1985 or 86), different handle material, but I thought a lighter version was a great idea. Did a little research, it may have been a Bucklite (422? It was a 110 size blade) with a grooved plastic handle. Anyone have any more info about the 1985 or ’86 Bucklites? Just curious. And thanks.
