Official Buck Picture Thread

Caught this little guy at a local flea market. Cool knife! I don't know much about this model. I see they were both American-made and Chinese-made. This one is clearly American. I wonder if there were versions with G10 / CF / Al or titanium handles like 565?

A cross between a Loveless and a classic Canoe pattern. It's funny, it has washers under the rivets on the right side, but not on the left. I don't think that makes a difference. The color isn't black, but a beautiful dark green, almost like British racing cars

Today I drove past the old 1970's Buck Knives headquarters at 1717 N Magnolia in El Cajon, California. I live in this area so it was only a few minutes off my path. I'm sitting just North and slightly West of it.

After this location it just moved maybe 2 miles west of here to a larger facility where Buck remained until the move to Idaho where it is today.

Thanks 🙏 the way it was originally the black threads were raised up above the surface. And the edges of the sheath were crisp and sharp, so I replaced the black thread with red and softened the corners making it feel a bit better and look a little nicer.
Also applied some leather protection to the surface of the sheath as well.
