Another 6.34 mi walk. Total BP: 38.1
 
I'm so much fitter now than when I started. I can actually run a 5K straight now, for one. Gonna try to keep with this. I'd like to be able to do a 5K with a loaded ruck on. Anyone else want to shoot for 600 Becker Points by next Xmas?

I'm 1 away from my pullup goal too. Hit 24 consecutive in the gym yesterday.

That's impressive! I may rack up the miles running, but I can hardly do any pull-ups. I'm not going to embarrass myself by even posting my number of consecutive pull-ups. My pull-up bar is most often used as an umbrella and hat rack.

Maybe the next challenge could be a pull-up or push-up challenge. I know I'd struggle with that.
 
Yeah, that might be good. I've let my pushups slip a little, although I'm still doing my bench fairly regularly. Abs should probably be a part of the routine too though.
 
Too darn cold to swim. Walked and/or jogged 3 miles today. Total BP = 41. I'm closing in now.

How many pushups are we talking? I did 30 a day for like 20 years. Lately I've been doing 2 days and taking one off - seems to work better as the body gets older.
Pullups - I'm lucky to do 3 at a whack. And not so easy - I'd have to find a park or a gym with a bar, which means no more than a couple times a week for me.
 
I've only been walking shorter distances the last two days, but I'm fulfilling the purpose of this challenge - to move my butt regularly!

12-5: walked 1.5 miles/1.5 BPs
12-6: walked 2.0 miles/2.0 BPs

Current Total BPs: 43
 
3.54 mi walk today, great scenery. Total BP: 41.64.
I still have to go to swimming today so I might have to update this tonight...

Edited: swam another mile, so 6BP extra. Total BP now: 47.64
Getting close! Psyched :D
