I seem to do this in batches. And unless I had exact measurements, I've being conservative in my estimates, to make sure I'm not inflating things.
11/26: Rode my bike to work (3miles round trip)
11/27: traveled, so mostly sat on my duff in the drivers seat.
11/28: Walked with my nephews to a park by my grandparents house to "get the wiggles out" so they wouldn't drive everyone else insane. Walked about a mile.
11/29: Went on a hike with same nephews and some additional family. Runtastic said 2.93 miles. We then went downtown to see the sights, and there walked about another mile. We'll call that 4 miles for that day.
11/30: Went on a walk past my grandparents house with my wife, to show them all my childhood memories, and see what the new owners had done to the place (3.12 miles according to runtastic). Then went to the beach and walked with my wife down and back through the full length of the beach. Including parking and walking to the beach itself, that is 2 miles easily. we'll call it 5 miles for the day.
12/2: Biked to work, 3 miles again.
12/3: Some jerk stole my bike last night, so I'm hoofing it for the rest of the year. So seeing that I'm posting from work, I'll have to walk the same distance back tonight. So thats 3 more miles.
Previous total of 9.25 BP.
6 Miles of Biking = 1.5 BP.
13 miles walking = 13 BP.
9.25 + 1.5 + 13 = 23.75 Becker Points to date.
