dangit, I will be getting off the boat that weekend, and will need to be 'home', almost certainly.

Amanda, Becker, and I are in.

To everyone else. Don't be shy and come hang out. We always have a great time.

True dat. Even if it's for the day....I know there are some people here (*cough* - not naming names) that are less than a 2 hour drive away.....

Plus, the world's biggest lapdog will be there. It's a must see.

Oooh! I think I can probably make this one! Will confirm within 24 hours. I'll bring lots of my mead.

Confirmed, I can definitely make it. Very excited to attend my first Beckerhead gathering.

Definitely looking forward to meeting everyone. Well, I've met Dresnor and Copperhead88 briefly, but it will be nice to get a chance to hang with everyone.

I'll probably bring my hammock as well.... I like to sleep under the trees whenever I get a chance. I can bring some other stuff too (Weber grill?). Not sure what else is needed. Firewood? Oh, and did I mention mead.... LOL. I have a gallon jug of strawberry mead from a couple-three years ago that never cleared. Tastes yummy though. I've been saving it for a good fireside gathering in the dark where its lack of clarity won't be missed....

Looks like I'll have a couple choppers/machete for trying out. I'll be bringing the Coleman lantern; when we've got a better head count I can pick up some basics (like, idunno....bacon) from BJ's on my way up.

Choppers, Machetes, and Bacon.... Sounds perfect.

Amanda and I can bring some farm fresh eggs like we did for the fall gathering.

Jeremy

Let me see how much room I have in the Forester, maybe I can bring the Weber. I can also bring several gallons of spring water (I'm a spring water junkie, I brew my meads and coffee with it). I can also probably bring a totebin full of some wood from my yard.....

One of the rules with renting this cabin is that you cannot bring wood from another state. They are trying to limit insect infestation.

I was planning on bringing some wood down last year and I couldn't. They do provide wood for the woodstove in the cabin though.

If my woodpile is thawed out by then (hopefully), I'll bring some NH sugar maple with me.

OK, thanks for the heads-up. Skip the wood, I will.

Yes....but don't forget the other....stuff ;). I'm looking forward to meeting you. Last year we had outstanding weather; if it's even close this year we'll be good.

What other stuff? *blink* *blink*

I can't wait either! Beckerhead #207 reporting for duty!

How many people do you expect? I see only 5 signups thus far, is that par for the course?
