How about a quick update on where you are at on these. We can't wait to try them out! I know a lot of SNAFU's have occurred, but it has been awhile since your last update. Any new word?

Is this back from heat treat or CNC? Just wondering where these fall in line with the 2009 BC.

Both - they have to be heat-treated prior to CNC work.

Well as with many things that have multiple processes, steps before completion I was fully aware that production setbacks would occur and I haven't lost faith in the project. But I can tell you that I am totally anticipating this knife. It will be my first Koster and a premier for my collection at this size. This is especially sweet in that this is the expensive time of year for running my business and all recreation funds are dried up except for the money set aside for fishing. So getting this knife sometime this summer is kinda nice.
