Payment in Full sent for a Bushmaster Budget Option O-1 Steel with Natural Canvas Micarta handles.

Are there any sheath makers that I could place an order with now? Or will I have to wait for my knife to arrive then send it to someone?

My schedule for the rest of the year is a bit hectic due to work and getting married / honeymoon etc. If possible I would like to take care of ordering a sheath now.

Also... What is the weight of this knife?
 
I'll be making sheaths for the Bushmasters as soon as they are there.

As this is my first order from Dan, does anyone have an idea of when they'll be finished and ready to ship ?
I don't care if it takes him some months, it's worth the wait.
just want to know when Christmas comes this year :D

My order/addtional order from weeks+ ago hasn't been updated-- is the list up to date? I see it was edited on 9-23-08.
Just wondering. Don't wan't to be left out!
 
The list is not up to date. My deposit check was cashed weeks ago and it still says "check on its way." I have sent at least 3 e-mails. #72 Carlos B

I keep checking the list of people who have ordered the BushMaster from you and my name has not been added to it. Do you know when you will update the list ? I don't want to be left out and miss my chance of getting one.

I understand this is a production run. If you're doing production run only handles that is fine. However, I am of the mind that "all I can do is ask and all anyone can do is say no" so therefore I present the following request...

If it is possible I would like my Bushmaster Budget Option O-1 Steel to have the thickest Natural Canvas Micarta handle slabs could put on them -- at least 1/2" thick would be nice.

I really don't want to open up a bunch of handle variations on this run.

That said, I do plan on using 3/8" thick micarta which when added to the 3/16" steel...will make a handle that is plenty thick - probably end up with ~0.85" at the thickest part. It's already a pretty good sized handle...don't want to make it round.

is completely correct

Questions:
Are the knives going to be numbered?
Is the numbering system the order that they are going to be produced?

I'm asking, because it appears that the number associated with my order
seems to be getting larger. I think I started at #52 or something like that,
and am now #61.

no - the knives will not be numbered. The list has numbers just to help me keep track of quantities.


And I've gone ahead and re-done the list and separated them by order type.
