I will start this. My Christmas present to myself was the 2003 Camillus Collectors Club Knife. A amber bone Jumbo Trapper slipjoint. A really beautiful knife.
Good Collecting !
Merry Christmas !

I got the Raiders of the lost ark dvd box set, In the knife area I bought myself a Becker Necker and a Paul Chen Tanto. I don't trust my friends and family to buy me cutlery.

My wife gave me a nice pair of slacks, mom and dad gave me eight(!) pairs of undies (as wished for!) and a couple of t-shirts from my wifes brother. Got a SwampRat Bandicoot and a steel thermos as early presents some time ago.
Oh....and we got a beautiful, large mirror in a golden frame from my wife's parents!
Not bad at all, but the best was giving my wife two white gold rings to go with another ring she already has!:)

My family has no idea about what constitutes a quality knife, but I was given an above average quality Chinese made Buck 110 knockoff. Overall, a useable beater.

I got a Japanese "SAK Look-a-like." Although it's slightly better quality than the Chinese versions, (and it's got my initials engraved on it),I finally got around to explaining to my wife that these $5.00 & $10.00 knives don't cut it

No pun intended.:D

Got some cool tools and stuff, but I was most impressed by this utility knife I got from Home Depot.

Husky makes it, it's like $10, but real nice and solid. It's a lock back folder, with thumb stud, colored aluminum handles, and a pocket clip. I takes regular utility blades.

I've been drolling over these things in the store for months now. Couldn't put it down last night... :D

Benchmade Osborne 940TI LTD 192/500
Microtech Vector Auto Stonewash Plain
Garmin eTrex Legend GPS

I got my wife a Yaesu VX-5R Transceiver and Pearls:D

Kevin-

NICE!
That thing is beautiful and there's three levels of storage! Score!

I guess now you can justify collecting more knives as trying to put good use to his present. :D

From my boys (ages 5 and 1): Leatherman Juice (5yr old wanted to get an SAK. Mommy knows I have 10-12 Vic SAKs, but she didn't know which models, so she asked for his second choice.)

From my wife: black leather jacket and a glass and cherry wood box to sit on my dresser and hold my EDC items

Mom and Dad: Case pocket-worn Cheetah in old black bone, Case Wharncliff Copperlock with CV blade/yellow synthetic scales

Brother and family: tool box and Bob & Tom CD

Everyone here had a happy, safe Christmas. We are truly blessed!

Kevin, that's absolutely incredible -- father-to-son gifts don't get much better than that !

Among other gifts, my wife got me the DVD set of Band of Brothers. For myself, I got a Mad Dog Lab Rat and soon to get an Edge Pro, soon as I decide which one to get. Rounding it out will be an RJ Martin Avenger, made left-handed, which should arrive in January.

DVD set of Indiana Jones
Spyderco Scorpious
Emerson Specwar
Emerson cQC- mini
Emerson Hardware Endeavor

A crockpot.....I kid you not, I got a d**m crockpot!

No knives...I hate XMASS!!!!!

I did give 3 knives as presents to people though.

OK, I'm a scout leader, so a lot relates to that. My twin sons got me the gerber 17" ax, my 20 year old son the gerber P'Ax, and my wife gave me a new 4MPixel digital camera so I can take pictures for web pages, and the Becker Knife and Tool "Becker Necker". I didn't think I had that on a list of wanted knives but I'm very pleased with it. It cuts like a flat-out bandit, and rests nicely in my back pocket.

Oh, and I ordered myself a new gray Spyderco Calypso Jr....

I gotta go cut/chop something...

I'm struggling with the choce between the Apex and Professional with some cash I got for Christmas.

Found a Strider MV under the tree, from me to me :)

As an early present I got a workbench from my girlfriend, so now I can set all my knives back into operationnal condition by re-grinding them, or switch the assembly medium from screws that get loose to rivets that will stay in the right place whatever happens, or put a satin finish on the ones I want, etc...
And... aaaah what a knife christmas!! I got myself what we call in France a regional knife, a slipjoint called "volcanic" (wish I could post a picture of it, still need a digicam, maybe before next xmas :D ), and I've been completly pleased to get a BM 160 tether from my parents, a Klipp diamond stone from my grand-mom and a x16 magnifying loop from my sister  .

Wish you all to have a nice end of year and a happy new year!

My wife said she was getting me a couple of things that I "mentioned that I needed". I knew that I'd mentioned a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream, and a new tool box. Alright! But I got a clock radio and a back scrubber for the shower. No, I'm not kidding!

(Note to self: be careful about what you mention in passing.)

It got better, though - she gave me and the kids each 3 passes to the movies. Then my boss gave me 2 twelve packs of Heineken. And, oh yeah - I got money from various relatives which I spent on an 806D2 and a Lum Chinese folder. Excellent!

Santa was good to me this year. I got a Lone Wolf Loveless City Knife, and am blown away by it!!! I thought that I'd tried some sweet production slipjoints before, but they pale in comparison to this baby. The quality is much closer to a Chris Reeve than a Queen. The City knife is destined to be in my EDC rotation for years to come.

I also got a CRKT Rollock which is a lot of fun, a spectacular ARC AA flashlight, a new Craftsman rolling toolchest for the garage, and a Traxxas EMaxx RC monster truck. The EMaxx kicks some major bootie!!! :D

I had an eMaxx on my list last year. I still want one, I just forgot to add it to this year's list. That's a bad ass truck. Just curious, why'd you go battery instead of Nitro?
