The knife is very well made and Wal-Mart is selling it for close to what it cost when I bought my first 110 in the seventies. If you keeping looking, one day you might stumble across one of the titanium coated Bucktools. I am pretty sure it was just a Buck engineer messing around that caused them to be. I am pretty sure there are only a handful of them kicking around and I dont know any of the details as far as what components are coated ect. I do remember some portion of it being the gold colored titanium though. It was rather striking.

Joe, I didn't even know that they made one... Now that's cooool... I would love to see one... Do you have any pics of one???
