I wrote an article about the Swedish Army Knife :) I still have the 3 Frost's sent me: in carbon (green), stainless (green), and camo (stainless, with a partially serrated edge) Sorry for missing this before Jer, been a busy week I'm afraid :(

I'm still hoping things cool down over there pretty soon.
I think I found my green stainless SwAK after the clipper.

Nice Jer 😎 That old Sheffield Town Pattern is a bit of history too. When Eggington started doing them, in the early 90's, (possibly made round the corner from them), their main UK dealer gave me one. I said I was surprised they weren't using the Wostenholm mark, as they owned it. He didn't know why, so I told him there was an old tale about an old IXL Bowie having been found in the ruins of The Alamo. Well, they embellished that story considerably, and they have been selling IXL-marked Bowies ever since. The retailer reckoned I had made them a small fortune!

But give you a cut? Nah. This is Sheffield!
It is a nice knife. I'm glad I didn't hurt it the few times I threw it.

This one may have been in this thread before, but now it costs something like four times what I paid for it on the same site. $68 vs something like $268.

Iisaakkii Jarvenpaa Kauhavaleinen. I probably doubled too many letters in Isaki.

Yikes! Certainly a very nice knife though

I think I'll let my early post (2737) stand.
Speaking of old friends, there's a link to some pictures of your Jack Black U1 by Pat Mitchell in the what's your favorite fb pattern thread.
Beautiful knife. What was the blade length on that?
