Nice Jer, it doesn't seem too long since that was a new thing - well not to me, but I am always a decade behind, at least! I've only had a credit card about 5 years!

I've had a credit card since the late 80s, but this knife is older than that. So maybe it was from sending a check days.

I bought this Utica at the Bank Street flea market maybe forty years ago, maybe more.


I made a poor choice of background. It's a little less drab than I've made it look.

I guess this is a "true" old Friend, as it has been many hours in my hand and in my pocket. Looks about as fresh as I do, I reckon, @ 79. Meanwhile, I am plumb tuckered out from shovelin,' so I asked the Katie dog what she thought about this whole snow deal and she sent me this pittcher.

The covers are plastic, and it's got a four line stamp, so probably celluloid. I keep it in the open air.

These Crosmans were made by Utica and (?)Camillus. This one looks like Utica to me, but Camillus is fine, too.

Cool knife Jer Is the liner lock for the clip blade or the saw blade? Hard to tell from the picture... I think it would make more sense for the saw blade.

I have carried this knife every day for the past two years or more... unless it was an at home pajamas day; then I do not pocket a knife LoL

After reading my signature line again... maybe I should switch to an Ulster for the next couple years

Yeah I'm not really a "Case" guy... but my wife will randomly buy some online because she thought it was "a good deal". So I was looking at this one and it's lightweight, bigger than a peanut, and is easy to keep super sharp. Really good EDC

It's for the clip blade. In case you have to stab an alligator, maybe.
