"Old Knives"

Still looking at Steve’s Wards Stockman! Beauty!

Speaking of Beauty - that Sheepsfoot is definitely one Augie my friend.
What is the sizing difference to the Schrades? Is it significant or - just that bit bigger?
Love the etch - well I love the whole thing with the gorgeous Ebony!

I was just "chatting" to Jeff in the Sears Thread page 16 about Stainless after I posted a Camillus Stainless Knife, so I thought I would look up for the photos of mine.

I cannot believe with collecting Knives, that when you rediscover many of them- it's like you first opened the box all over again, just look at the Swage work and workmanship on these Camillus Stainless Co New York City Knives.
I remember chatting to Roland about these and he was saying that these were Creme De La Creme of Camillus's work at that time.

The way the blades are nested in the pearl stainless is true cutlers art.

This Ky Rifle Schrade was given to me in 1995 ad a Christmas present from my late grandmother. 466 of 12000. I used to spend Thanksgivings with her, so I think of her often during the holidays. Her late husband had about 5 of these in mint condition and after he passed she gave them to all of the grandsons. It is one of my most prized possessions (I’m a simple man with simple tastes). I hope to have a grandson some day to pass it on to. Enjoy and thanks for looking!

There's some great knives posted lately 👍👍 I've been enjoying the show!
Here's a few additions to this thread.

A Schrade Walden Jr cattle knife.

3 1/4" E.C. Simmons Keen Kutter congress. It shows no signs of carry or use. I would hate to fade the etch trying to get some rust off, I'll soak the blades in wd40 and think about it.

I believe this Camillus whittler is 3 3/8" someone cleaned (messed) it up a little. A nice one for my pocket 👍
Does this bone look familiar  that Keen Kutter may be a relative
