Charlie, both the knives are from Titusville. 1903 - 1931 they used the same tang stamps the whole time. So that's as good as it gets.

I’m never quite sure if knives like this are old enough for this thread, but hey, it’s about a dozen years older than me, so that gotta make it at least kinda old, right?
From what I’ve been able to find out, these were made by Camillus for AG Russell in 1973 as part of their Knife Collectors Club. The handles are jigged Delrin. Closed length is right at 5”. I think these originally came with a leather slip/pouch, but this didn’t have one with it.

AG Russell was my local knife shop growing up in NW Arkansas, so I was mostly drawn to this knife for the “A.G.R. Co.” and “ARK. USA” tang stamps. The back side of the tang is stamped “Camillus” and a serial number (this one is “4025”).
I work less than 5 miles from the A.G. Russell showroom in Rogers which not necessarily good for the bank account. You're right about the Daddy Barlow coming with a slip. The slip has the serial number on the back. Mine is #9929.

Two caplifters in one knife?![]()
Here's a closer look at the "church key" at the tip!!
While the church key will open a bottle, it was chiefly designed for piercing canned beer (before pull tabs!)!!Two caplifters in one knife?![]()
Ah, thank you for the explanation! I don't think I ever seen that type of beer packing, even in the old movies. While the church key will open a bottle, it was chiefly designed for piercing canned beer (before pull tabs!)!!
The "pull-tab" was invented in 1959!
