"Old Knives"

A favorite Schrade Cut Co... pretty sure I posted it here years back but it's even nicer now that it's aged a little more ;) :)

Here’s an old Queen City big cigar knife, probably from the 1930s. I purchased it at the 2016 GEC Rendezvous. A well-known Titusville knife authority was present and believed it to be genuine. To me that 1922-32 tang stamp looks a little funky. What do you think?

Tang looks good to me, maybe buffed a little. It still fits with other examples I have saw. Like you say, probably from the 30's. That stamp stopped being used in 1942, and then started being used again in the 1980s. Old S&M catalogs called that pattern a BullNose.

Found this old budding/grafting knife in a second-hand store for cheap, and couldn't resist it!Budding Grafting 1.jpgThe mark tang is stamped Victoria, and I wondered what the significance of that is!!??
It is marked Victorinox on the pile (other) side as you would expect.
If anyone can shed some light for me, I would appreciate it!! I believe the Victorinox founder's daughter was named Victoria . . . . . . . . . . . ??

Bit going on with that blade, I’ll be curious to find out what people know too.
