Thanks, Dan!! I know you have some affinity for old Winchesters!!Two great Winchesters, Charlie. The Washington bolster on the coke bottle jack is a nice touch.
Very true. I do have quite a few that were made by Winchester, however, I do not actually have a knife with the Winchester stampThanks, Dan!! I know you have some affinity for old Winchesters!!![]()
Do any of your Patterns match the two I have posted?? (Pruner and Coke Bottle?)Very true. I do have quite a few that were made by Winchester, however, I do not actually have a knife with the Winchester stamp
Thanks, Lyle!!! I agree!!That coke bottle is a superb knife.
I have a very similar pruner, but, it was made by Walden prior to the merger with Winchester. I would love to have one in the pattern of the coke bottle jack you posted, however, I am not sure if that pattern was ever made as a Keen Kutter. I can't find it in Sellens or any of the few Keen Kutter catalogs available.Do any of your Patterns match the two I have posted?? (Pruner and Coke Bottle?)
Just got this American Knife Co. Winsted CT English Jack
What I could find was they were around from 1919 to 1948
Good reason to get my older English Jacks for a photo
