Here are a couple new-to-me old fixed blade knives from Imperial and Remington, both with jigged bone handles.

I haven’t found any info on the cursive Imperial stamp (though I also haven’t dug that deep yet), but I sure do like the way it looks.

The Remington is stamped “Remington DuPont” which I believe dates it between 1933 and 1940, and the model number, “RH-4”.

No sheath with the Imperial, unfortunately, but the Remington has one. It’s not in the best shape, but still in one piece, and you can still slightly see the “Remington UMC” embossed on the leather.

Lovely small fixies. At some point I discovered that well over half of all Remington sheaths were 'left' hand, as they decided that the knife was to be carried on the left side of the body and one's handgun on the right. Well.... I am fine with that, but for me, I want a right-hand sheath, worn on the left side of the body. It's all good, though.

A couple of nice FBs, Barrett! I've never seen that cursive "Imperial" marking before!!??

Thanks, Charlie. I hadn’t seen it either, although that doesn’t mean much. 🤣

Barrett, those are two very cool Fixed Blades there- the Bone Handles are always quite spectacular on them aren’t they!

Thanks, Duncan. The bone on them is quite nice, great looking jigging, and they both feel good in hand.
