What are y'all on the hunt for? I know if funds permit and I see a 6 or Custom Gypsy Jack or Custom Gentleman Jim for sale I will pull the trigger. Also looking for some of the signature series stuff (Scalawag, Zealot, Hybrid). But current top of the list for me are the three mentioned above.

Anyone else actively pursuing something?
 
I'm always looking out for an older production Specwar-B, SOCFK-B, CQC-7B, '98 Commander... in decent shape of course.

As for a custom. A 6 would be the holy grail but I'd need to find a backpack of cash from a drug deal gone sideways for me to justify the going market price.

I might be tempted by a Roadhouse. Had one and sold it. Wouldn't mind having one again.

A full custom Roadhouse or ES1-M (Super Commander with full chisel) would be very tempting as well.

Definitely grab a Zealot if you see one turn up. I had both the SF and the BT, and really loved both of them.

I actually will pull the trigger pretty soon on one I've been tempted by a lot lately. I'll keep it secret 'till I can show it off. Nothing exotic, just one that strikes my fancy currently.
 
My standards are low lol!

I'm currently after a full sized commander, and a mini 15. My limit is my funds...

My grail is a 6. To carry and use!

To simpky collect a 6 is a paradox. To not use it is a waste of a beautiful knife, yet it's a knife too beautiful to use!

I have come the decision that I need an El Bandito in my life. The "de la muerte" version even more so. Sadly, EKI's stock does not match my newly realized life decision. So... I'll wait...

An El Bandito popped up on eBay a few days ago and I bought it.

What is the "de la muerte" version?
 
Cool pick-up; it was totally blacked out for the holiday honoring the dead.
 
I had a Bandito de le muerte; it was a pointy little bugger. A lot like a Gentleman Jim, but I preferred the GJ grip.
 
Cool, I'm looking for pointy, with the hole, and a bit "smaller"--at least by Emerson standards.

Always looking for an EOTAC or M-Wave. Not willing to pay a premium but would like either of those with a plain edge, and preferably black.
Just missed a release of the 45 with the double diamond grips. A black and tan were released as part of the area 51. I think they were both prototypes. They were previously only available as part of a package with a Les Baer 1911. Still kicking myself for missing those.

HD7s. I want one of the newer ones.

My issue is that I like the steel locktab the newer ones have because the older ones all came with very late lockup and now mine has worn so far it has lock slip.

But at the same time I don’t like that the new ones have bearings and standoffs instead of backspacers and washers.

If it has Lock slip or blade play send it in. My HD7 and 12 users have late lockup and if they ever develop slip or play they will be sent back immediately. Until then I don't let the lockup bother me.
 
I recently saw a picture of the Emerson Tanto, and it caught my eye. It looks a lot sleeker than a lot of Emerson's other offerings.

I’m gunna send it in. Just saving some loot for the high cost it will take to repair it. I want to see if they can replace the blade for a plain edge one as well.

I hope they can fix it because the HD seven is a knife where they have to replace the entire lockbar to fix it.

Either that or change the stop pin and then drill a new detent hole.

I am looking for a MINI A-100.

But I am wondering what does a CQC-6 go for today? That seems to be everyones grail.
