I have really been enjoying this Great Eastern Cutlery #72 folding hunter. This would be my choice today.

For survival 1 knife i would choose would be a busse TGLB. Seemingly indestructible.

For regular edc if i could only have 1 knife it would be the benchmade contego 840-1401.
