One knife

I really love the size of the ratmandu, so i understand completely why you love it so much.
I am yet to purchase my first infi but i plan to, that is as soon as op2 weeks starts again and i find one i like the size & shape of.
Or if the custom shop ever opens again anytime soon

You have one in sr101 right?

Yes, hasnt arrived yet but hopefully should have it in hand by the end of this or next week. Cant go wrong with sr101 but i am lazy when it comes to being rust preservative

My two cents, don't strip it. Leave it coated and you'll be fine

Id have to agree with Something ASHy or TG14

NMSFNO right Now, but the Bunker Buster LE may become my new one knife favorite-Cheers!!!

I think that the recently released "boom parang" will fulfill most of the necessities of someone in a survival situation, for instance: So "boom parang" is my choice.

Of all the kjnives I have, I'd have to pick the SHBM, in old school INFI with the asymetrical edge. Big enough for the big jobs, but not too unwieldly for the small ones. And it takes and holds an edge better than any other knife I own. It just works.

I'd go with this one.... bottle opener on the blade seals the deal!

But this one comes in a close second...

Out of the busses i have it's gonna be ASHBM. I'd rather have the length of a larger blade than not in a one knife scenario. I can always choke up to use it as a smaller knife but i can't realistically make a small knife bigger. Sure you can tie smaller knives to sticks but it's not nearly as strong.

my trusty Fat satin Ash1.. however, the ability to process wood would be HUGE.. Over the years I have come to believe that a big knife gives you more options than a small one.. big blades "can" do small detailed work if you practice. I know im alone in this thinking but a close second for me would be my WTF..

Rob, please do a video of you field dressing a rabbit with the WTF-Thanks

NMSFNO. Not the best looking IMO but the most versatile, balanced, useful. STJAC is close and better in some ways (defense, smaller cutting tasks). These two rise to the top (for me) as a one-knife solution, and I've owned the following: BATAC, ASH-1, SFNO, ASH-2, HG55, Boss Jack, NMFSH, ASHBM, SHe, and Infidu.
