Quite an improvement for sure! I am happy that we are all happy with Bucks Bucks and more Bucks! That "mix" you made up really has magical power!

Scrub it with steel wool to get out scratches.
Warm to just over 100F degree (hot water in a cup)
Place in a 4:1 solution of ferric chloride and white vinegar for 30 seconds
WASH with soapy water
RINSE the entire knife with clean water
Pour 4:1 solution down toilet or feed to annoying crittrers.
All scratches removed and etch restored

Sent Muskrat the DamHoe I got off Harry (see this post w/ big pics: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showpost.php?p=4578559&postcount=23).

This has been my primary 110 EDC. The stag started to peel even after a bit of oiling. Sent it to the Muskrat Trauma Center for some fat stag and liners. Didn't want filework on the back spring as it is my EDC and don't wanna crud building up in the voids.

This gent does AWESOME work!!!!

Goose! Awesome makeover! Musky is tops! Nice slab' o stag and I dig the red liner. The blade pattern on that knife is just right to compliment the whole knife itself. A real gem for a EDC!
