Opinions Needed

This is going to be the lil brother to my Kephart. Except I will want black liners to match...

That looks gorgeous, Stomper! I'm incredibly tempted, I love upswept blades like that, and with a thin convex grind... Yum!
 
It looks like this one, and the drop point will remain in my line. Sorry it took so long to post back here, about 3 yesterday afternoon I got sicker than a dog, laid down, and I just woke up now! Please email me for any info you need on this one.
 
That upswept blade is a winner John. I am diggin the design, and the whole idea. I keep coming back and looking at the pics. I cant wait to see pics of the drop point!
 
Hopefully this week I will be posting the drop point. I wonder if there would be interest in a clip point? All would be the same cost, and I think I will change the blade to 3 1/2" standard.

3.5 in is better IMO. I think clip point would gain interest too. I like the idea of options.:thumbup:
 
I like the length change to 3.5" (or maybe a 3.75" on special order :D). I'd have to see the clip point, but I rather like the current blade shape.

John, would you describe the handle on this knife as 'full size'? Or somewhat smaller?
 
I get a 3 1/2 finger grip on it. This pic shows the 3 blade styles, in 3 1/2" length. Upswept, drop, and clip. And a 3 3/4" would be no problem! Anywhere from 3" to 4" would be the same cost. Same with the handle, if someone wants a little longer, no problem, it`s the little changes that make it fun.

But just think, you will have another one of a kind! All the new ones will have at least a 3 1/2" blade!

hahahaha, yes that is true! If I do end up getting one for my dad, I can always compare the two.....but then I might be tempted again...;)
 
Love it John. Can't wait to get my hands on one.

There isn't much game on the face of the earth that couldn't be processed with that blade.
