Morning gents. How's everyone feeling? I'm staying home again today because my little sisters got a temperature of 102.9. I've also got to take care of the dishes, which is one job I absolutely hate. Ugh, cant stand the dishes. But that's what comes of being an older brother.

CKT Salvo. Guy used generic pics and said it was BNIB. Came in without a baggie, clipped to the paperwork in the box and the blade and scales had rubs, scratches and signs of use. When I questioned him, he said the DLC coating on the blade was known to be sensitive and the marks could have been anything. That's when I knew it was going back. DLC coating is hand-rubbed into each blade by Chuck Norris himself. It is neither sensitive or delicate. Duh!

Keep your head up and push forward. I think it's still a possibility and would hope that any member of any group could join wherever. No animosity here. We battled quite a few naysayers ourselves but as a determined and civil group, we prevailed. You will too.

mornin gents.

I don't see why the different clubs can't co-exist here. Over on the USN, people's sigs have so many club affiliations and take up space that equal 10,20,30 lines of text and everyone gets along fine. I'd be happy to put a Spyderco club # in my sig, I'm a big fan of some of their knives.

On another note, it's cold here. Stay warm!

those Sigs are out of hand over there.There is one guy whos post takes up half a page with all of his sigs...insane
 
yea, y is it that i just cant get into spyderco knives? i mean literally i only own KAI knives... cant get into anything else
 
Good taste? Lol, no I think that styles tend to be so different among major manufacturers that it comes down to what you personally like. Then you back your brand.

I agree with Bobby, If I were to go back through all the old posts, we had a lot of people against us, we just maintained they did not have to join if they did not wish to. We had a kick @$$ group to get it all up and started, Bob did a good job of organising us all! I believe there are 5 of us "janitors" to keep an eye on things, and fix what needs fixing. I know we can all get along, no questions. I think we have built something here that has become very helpfull to people just starting into knives or just getting into kai, they know who to ask with our sigs.

Its a shame that "gentleman" and I use that term very loosely in this case, had to do over there what he did over here a week or so ago. He enjoys rustling feathers and being ...well himself.

I was going through when it got locked. Seems like you guys had some good ideas. There were a few jabs in there but hey whatever, no hard feelings either way, I am sure it was all in good fun!
I have zero animosity towards any group and feel most of us here are in the same frame of mind. I was about to wish you guys luck with it. I hope it all sorts out and good luck to you all.
