That sucks. It was a lot of.work getting a group going. Lucky I didnt have to do it alone. But there were a good number of people against it. Get Sal behind it and you will be good to go. Hope it works out.
 
Just got stung on a Kershaw purchase from the big auction site. I hate that sellers can use generic pics now and not have to upload ones of the actual knife they are selling. Listed as BNIB, gets to me used. Took a while for it to happen to me, but it did. Oh well. Live, learn and get a refund even if they say they won't accept returns I always say :)

At least it's Friday. Off to bed for my 6 hours. Later fellers!

got some goodies in today, also made a trade with a brother, my seb for his sng.
 
RIVAL included the lanyard( it has glow fibers) sweet extra.
And scored a gen6 lego coyote tan with tiger stripe. There was a guy who wanted to trade a SW CC but I heard the legos are stronger.
 
Idk how you guys like striders.... personally,I think they are the ugliest damn knives out there :barf:

But awesome scale! I love how that micarta looks!
 
Never heard of anyone breaking a strider based on the scale... This one Is an old lockup and it solid as hell..

Thanks for the kind words of encouragement Bob. I did put a lot of effort and thought into organizing things to get the ball rolling, and for the thread to get shut down because of one guy (JUST ONE) arguing his case that (who actually cited Kershaw clubs as an example) clubs/groups have no place in BF just drained the desire out of me to continue as a facilitator. If mods are running around shutting it down in its infancy, I cannot bear to imagine what the future brings and how many dumb situations will arise. What pisses me off though, is that it is by design really just a way to represent yourself as a Spyderco enthusiast via a Sig and not much more. It wasn't gonna be a club full of friends or anything of the sort lol. Had a code of conduct set up and on and on... I'd still like to see it come to fruition but probably isn't an endeavor I'd like to be involved with if ONE GUY can get the entire 9 page alpha thread shutdown, and make it sound like we were in there trolling and dissing away. Thread is supposed to be re-opened tomorrow, whatever that means.

Thanks for your patience with me being here and for your time guys, especially you BobSig. I was optimistic that both clubs can coexist and even have members belonging to both regardless of the naysayers.
 
Well the CC is slimmed down smooth version, and the lego is the blocky more metal version. Think of it like this the lego is a 550 and the cc is a 560.

Also I hope the spyderco fans make a club so we can battle.
14c28n is way better then vg10...

The only lefty Striders I've seen were customs that cost over a grand. Never saw any regular production lefty Striders... That alone pretty much keeps me away from them.
