Mark, you're doing it all wrong. You need to pour tons and tons of superglue on the pivot, let dry and then take it apart.

All joking aside. I had a Zing do the same thing to me. I was never able to take it apart which drove me nuts so I got rid of it.
 
What did you do to that poor knife. The clip holes looked to have chipping around them. Did you read post 4619 and try that?
 
I'm pretty sure they would, even though the Zing is disco'd, it hasn't really been that long and it's a standard black scale. I'm sure they can help.
