I'm not an IP law expert, but being a working musician in NYC for almost 8 years gives me some decent amount of knowledge about it. However I do know YouTube's ToS very very well...I've been on both ends of it.

Didn't mean you, your points were fine. But people just seem to all of a sudden become experts in everything when stupid issues like this come up. Just an observation.

As far as YouTube goes, I have never dealt with them for any reason, hopefully they take some sort of action against him though
 
I'm so glad that I haven't had the experience of watching a crunchynuts video. And from what I hear, I wouldn't want to. I can't stand people that like to hear themselves talk. I have to deal with that enough at school. It drives me crazy.

To Mario about me being bad: Last-night I posted a video that was borderline W&C. It was inappropriate and uncalled for. I feel bad about it so I apologized. I also posted some comments in the thread I started about what teenagers my age do with their.....well you probably get the point. I feel immature now and stupid.

I wouldn't worry about it bro. You owned up to your mistake which wasn't a very big one in the first place. It's all good.
