Speaking of sharpening, anybody wanna do like 5 or 6 knives for a NIB onion/centofante? Lol that's all I have that I'm willing to give up In that price range![]()
And this is why I love this place.
I think I'm going to get a edge pro apex, anyone know the best place to buy one?
Just lemme know which knife you send. Just so you know. The Blurs bevel may be a bit "cloudy" I have trouble with kershaws that have the small flat portion (0560, Blur etc.) They tend to move a tiny bit thus altering the angle very slightly. It will be just as sharp as a knife with a mirror (or close to mirror) edge but not quite as vivid.
I got mine from Knifecenter IIRC. Very pleasant experience.
Yeah totally..... That flat Angle of the sharpnaker throws me off too![]()
