Sorry to hear all that SO... :(

It would be easier to stomach if I actually liked the leek. Probably sacrilegious to say around here, but I have never really warmed up to them. Something about the blade shape is just offputting to me. Now, if they all had the plain edge random leek reverse tanto blade, we'd be in business. I guess I'll have to sell them off and just keep the one orange for my collection. I need 0777 money anyway! :p

On a lighter note, KnifeCenter also sent me someone else's order with those leeks... it's too bad I have a conscience and e-mailed them about it or I'd have a free Cryo and a pair of titanium kitchen shears.

Yup conscience kinda suck..... especially when you get incorrect Chang and a gas station or somthing. But I'm glad I have one:)

Had to share a pic I'm pretty proud of my growing collections of 350s
(Thanks chester for the CB she is a beauty!!!)

The sent me an empty box once. Was supposed to contain a spyderpac. Haven't ordered from them since

I need to come play with those

hopefully my 551 and 561 will be back this week the lady i spoke with said she would take care of them as soon as they arrived at her desk bc they sent me a replacement 551 with the same issues as the one i sent in for service. KAI customer service goes above and beyond to keep us happy

I got a little job I'm doing next week, and I'll get enough money for one of these. Which would one would you get?

I bet Sheldon from Chicago is not a very happy guy. Haven't heard back from them yet, but I have his whole address on the invoice so I may just forward it along.

Side note: Got the orange/damascus leek worked out. Like Dad always said, there's more than one way to skin a cat! It doesn't look too bad with the orange scale only on the non-locking side, but the leftovers look way too crazy to sell as I intended too. Don't know that anyone will want a satin blade with a silver non locking side and an orange locking one.

I loved that quote the second I heard it come out of Jase's mouth!

Well, orange franken-leeks sounded like a good idea, but it's not going to work out. For future reference:

-Blades from a frame lock model will not fit a liner lock model.
-The plain edge Random Leek has a round pivot on the locking side instead of the standard hex found on other models, making the screw impossible to remove.

:(

I never noticed that on the one I had! I guess I never looked.

Mario- I hate when that happens, Stupid barbers, I never do trust any of them!

I would pay off my tilt. :D

I got that planned out. I'm not going to drop money on one, until I've got assurance.
My job started up last week, so your money is safe. This is a side job I'm doing for my step dad (kinda step dad, but not really)
