This one is pretty bad. I didn't want to say anything terribly bad because I didn't want people to think I didn't appreciate a knife that I got for free. It's a great knife, but the sheath does suck monkey balls.

Glad I could help :). If you want a cheap, yet excellent sheath. I would recommend Azwelke. He is here on the forums. Great work. Also. Yes I am bad at helping people spend money on their addictions :D.
 
Should I get a Griptilian with a thumbstud or a hole? The one I handled at Cabela's had a thumbstud and I liked it, but the Spyderco I handled also felt pretty smooth. The prices are both the same.

I personally have not tried one with the Spydie hole. However I find the studs quite nice. They are well placed and are not sharp or anything.
 
I will admit. I was a little scared to pick him up at first.

Mark, the snake is awesome!!!

Can any one recommend some reading? Specifically good reading on sharpening?.....oh and btw I already read the sticky's in MT&E. any suggestions will be appreciated!
 
It's been a busy weekend for knives. Did a couple trades(I know I said I was done) and picked up a NIB ZT 0700 for $75! I've been wanting to try one out forever. Funny thing is Seelow is trading me back a knife I traded him. LOL

You need to clean your room. I'm just messin. It sort of looks like mine.

There's no way in hell my mom would let me have a snake. She's not really bothered by them, but she doesn't like the idea of having one.

No kidding....and mark, dang man your room is a mess haha (mine isn't much beter honestly)
 
Everything I own is pretty clean and organized. It's my siblings that make the house a mess. My sister is the worst at it. My mom will have to tell her at least three times to take care of her crap.
 
I'm a fairly clean/well organized person as well (or at least I'd like to think so haha) but I have to completely clean my room every 3 days.....if I wait any longer it will just be a pain.
 
Only that area is messy. And that's because I was trying to find something that could be considered a hide for my snake.
