Wow I saw a member saying how he couldn't believe they used the "crappy sandvik" steel on the carbon fiber 0560 . 14C28N is very rust resistant. The beadblasting can cause some rust to appear. That is however easily remedied. Not to mention that our ancestors used all non stainless steel for pretty much forever.

Yea, that kinda pissed me off.

County comm is a dangerous place for me.. Im addicted to little EDC/Survival gadgets... and they’re website isn’t helping. I never leave the house without my pockets full of stuff... Unless im going to the gym.. then its all in my backpack.

A lot of people look at me funny, but i’m the first person people ask when they need help, because they know i have the tools lol. It just like feeling prepared.

No kidding...I plan to spend around $200 after blade on that site...

How do you guys carry your every day things? Do you just throw them in your pocket? Do you keep them on a lanyard or something of sorts?

Everything I have has a pocket clip:

My knife is in my front left, my pen is in my right front along with my phone, my light is in my back left along with my wallet, and my multi-tool is in my back right.

I have been EDCing the same set up for about a month now, and have been loving it. My Grayman Satu, Streamlight ProTacAA, Leatherman Surge and a Smith&Wesson Tactical Pen.

Im thinking of getting a new pen though. Im tired of the screw on cap. Im gunna get one with a pull off cap.

Isn't it uncomfortable to sit on all of that? What I don't like about having a bunch of stuff with me is it gets bulky.

I cant friggin sleep... Im too excited about spending all my money. I dont know if i had told you fellas yet, but im in the process of buying a belt grinder and stuff to start making knives and things of that nature. Its just so friggin expensive to get into. The grinder im looking at is ~2,000 dollars after delivery and set up costs. I would love to get a Wilmont Tag-101, but thats WAYYYY out of my price range.

Its gunna wipe my bank account out if i dont sell a bunch of my stuff. I need: grinder, drill press, belts, steel, handle material, drill bits, sanding drums, hardware, and a crap ton of money.

Im just so eager to be able to make my own knives that i dont even care about the costs.

Congrats on going for it steb, sounds like you will have a blast working on your projects. Can't wait to see what you create in the future.
