I currently am storing knives right next to my pillow. I may have to invest in one too. Is there a way to lock pelican cases?

there are holes on both the lid and case, and they meet up when you close it. There is room for a lock to go through.

What are they made of. Is it more of a polymer construction.

You can also get a galvanized steel cable to wrap around a big object....like a pole. I think I'm going to get the Pelican Case 1300.

Pelican Case 1300 (What mine is)

Pelican Protector Cases are made with Copolymer Polypropylene, using an open cell core and solid wall construction, which is stronger and lighter that the completion. I would've said something, but I was on my phone so It's a PITA to do something like that on there. I told my buddies about it and they laughed, I thought it was funny.
