reset all breakers.... simple. anything marked, tht isnt on, should simply be reset

Already tried that. And I flipped the master switch. No dice.

I unplugged everything and tried the breaker, no power, but whenever I switch the breaker on, it makes a loud noise.

Update. I left the breaker off for about 20 minutes and turned it back on. The bathroom has power, but nothing else. Should I leave it off for longer. Oh yea and when I flipped it on it didn't make that hollow metal noise.

I got a Thrunite T20 and 10 CR123 batteries. It'll last a good while.
