Order of KAI Official Hang Out; Part Deux - It's Enrico Palazzo!

:grumpy: ya i know, i cant type straight (although even when im in a good typing mind set i still suck) with my 0200 in hand, im still in shock :D

The tenacious is only knife i carry alot that isnt a Kershaw or ZT...i love it. im saving up right now for an 0801 and ive pre ordered the 0770CF and 0566 which im also saving for. U know i was just thinking there is no knife shops in my area at all, just walmart. i wonder how good one would do and if i should be one to try it? i mean all any one does around here is hunt and fish we are deep in mountains

ok, so how should i center my knife? also, how do i know if im using a wrong flipper deyploment or there is something with the washers on my knife, because i cant get my 0200 (after lubing and cleaning every piece) to fly out, it doesnt deploy when pointed up, i can only get it to work when its held tip up

My shuffle came out the bubble pack nice and sharp!!!! it could be alittle smoother but bet it will get better with use. ( may clean it up and oil if not) Its alittle small for my big hands ( 14 half shoe) but think it will be good little truck knife

It's probably a flaw in your technique that takes time to fine tune. Or, you could take it apart again, and very carefully bend the lockbar in to give you a stronger detent, which could help for the lack of technique.

It might also still need to be broken in some.

VVV...

Nope...locking folding knives are illegal in NYC so the only thing places like REI and EMS sell are Leathermans and cheaper stuff :(

ya ill work on both, i just tried using the last little bit of my pointer, and it worked nicely, but my finger is incredibly sore because ive been flipping all day,
im going to bend the lock bar some more, and have a new pivot set sent to me, i know its not terrible, but i just want to have factory washers in it, because that is one thing i can make "out of box" like

I was wondering whats up with the dot and line on shuffle below the model number? ill post pic

That little hole is where the detent ball sits in the closed position. That little path is where the detent ball travels while opening and closing the blade.
