Order of KAI Official Hang Out; Part Deux - It's Enrico Palazzo!

EVERYONE!? Sheesh, I didn't know I was so far behind on this trend. Ive been using my handy dandy tool box for ever. lol Im glad I wont look like a fool now.

I like it because it can easily be moved. It'll be convenient for Blade show, and when I do knife related things. Like when I went to lunch with a couple local knife guys.

Think I might try a Condition 1. Same size as a Pelican 1500, but only about $60 shipped. Pretty decent reviews as well.

PLUS, you could drop it from space and it would only get a couple scuffs on it.

Actually now thinking about it, I think a 1300 would serve you better than the 1500. Because the 1500 isn't as deep as the 1300, and for longer knives they won't fit vertically, so you'll have to arrange them horizontally. You probably won't be able to fit as many knives as you could in the 1300.
That, and for the price of one 1500 you could get like 3 1300s......Just saying :)

And only the box would get scuffed. The knives on the inside would be fine :)

I know most everyone here uses pelican cases, but has anyone used or handled the condition 1 cases?

I don't use pelican cases. I keep my stuff with its corresponding box so I just use regular stackable storage containers.

Just checked and the 1300 and the 1500 are the same depth... both have an inside dimension of around 6.2
