I don't really think corn detasseling is as bad as people make it out to be. I'll be soaking wet in the morning because of the dew and possibly rain. I'll dry out by noon if the Sun's fully out. We get a half-hour lunch break and we have camelbaks to wear.

oh, no, i was getting at it wasnt "that" bad as in having to go to school
