The pivot just spins. I'm working on the locking side because the body screws on the other side won't budge. Is it spinning with the body screw?

Nope. The reason why I'm taking it apart is the detent is REALLY strong. I can't flip it left or right handed. You'll have to go at the pivot from both sides then. Do you have two torx drivers?

It spins both ways.Wuss.
Have you tried taking out the non-locking side of the pivot and pushing the locking side (female) screw out?
This is disappointing. I like the knife, but if I can't take it apart because of issues with the screws, than that's kind of....dumb I'll say.You know you probably won't be able to weaken the detent, right? the lockbar insert doubles as a Lbs and it's damn near impossible to remove
Even if I can get it apart, I probably won't be able to soften up the detent. I've tried my fingers, and that hurts like a MOFO. I've tried a hard surface (the table and wall) and it still spins. Don't get me wrong, besides the screw problems, I love it.you'll get it bro. try using an allen key as the other driver if you have one that fits. you could also press the other end of the pivot against something hard so it won't spin. or just get some man fingers.
I paid the full price for the 440a stainless steal blade rating and they sent me the 1660 version. I was very disappointed needless to say. I will return and get a full refund and order from elsewhere.
For those of you with a 0801, how do you hold it right-handed?
I want to make sure I'm not putting any pressure on the lock-bar.I like to hold the handle. works great for me.

Lol, just give daymon a straight answer
Also, can someone post a comparison pic of the 0200 with any of the 030X and 056X? Thanks
