Wow Dave has a great price on the 300BW. Seriously tempted. Sold my Sng so I have some funds. Deciding between this and the Brous SS flipper.
 
Guys!!! I'm sorry I doubted the 0801, because this thing is getting smoother and smoother! I put a drop of Nano Oil in the detent hole and wh.....ly.....crap is it smooth now.
 
Whoops, I accidentally brought my knife to school. Clipped it to my pocket out of habit, and didn't realize it till the end of first the block.
 
Guys, these are some of my new toys. Not Kai models, but wonderful nonetheless. Whaddya think? :D

The Hogue was actually given to me by a boss at work who knows I like knives. It's pretty sweet!

Because first block starts at 720, and everyone is sleepy. That and I arrived at school a couple minutes late, so no one was in the hall to see.
I probably wouldn't have noticed, but a girl I have a crush on warned me.

That makes sense. I see kids come to school with knives every once in awhile.
 
This thing is pretty sweet. Added some quick release and this thing flips easily without the assist.

The assist on my cyclone is the fastest I've ever owned. It kicks like a mule.
Wait, if the assist on my Cyclone breaks, am I stuck without it forever, or does Kershaw still have parts for it?

You'll probably be stuck with it forever, but I would call Kershaw and see if they have any because yours "broke".
 
Ok, I figured out how the cyclone's toggle switch works. (At least I'm pretty sure I do)
There's 2 torsion bars (kinda, not really)

Here's how it works.



That bar you see, is NOT a torsion bar. That bar of steel does NOT bend. It's a static bar.



Do you see the pin that's there, that wasn't on the first picture? THAT'S the torsion bar. It's hooked up to the blade, and threaded through the backspacer. The toggle switch moves the static bar(I guess it isn't that static) out of the way of the torsion bar.

of? at this point and time no. I don't have a good enough camera and my iPads camera has a lot of problems. Manly it gives you a very close up vew (I forget the actual term...don't hate me Mario) and the quality isn't very good. Takes nice pics though. If I ever get a nice camcorder then maybe I will.
