I think you get it on the spot. It may vary by state though, but I'm not 100% sure. I know I have to fill out a bunch of paperwork and pass an eye test and I get it I believe.

I already did the eye test. I need to past a written test before I get mine........Oh yea, and I have to wait forever, stupid DMV :grumpy:

Well I eat dinner normally around 6:30 or 7:00 then I work in my shop, then workout, then take a shower and I'm on after that for the most part. I guess that's why.
