$120 is the cheapest I have seen them. GPK and a few others had them for that price till they sold out. Seems like the tiny little word "discontinued" automatically adds more to the asking price. Thank Jeebus this and a Mudd are the only discontinues I want.

That makes sense. I remember not that long ago seeing them on the bay for $99-$119, I guess those days are long gone:)

Missed that link. The Mudd is one that I definitely want, but may have to wait. After the 400, I'm looking to get a CBCF. Prices have dropped on them so now I can pick one up for a reasonable price. It's kinda funny that it will be my first 56x.
 
Sold my Reloader and my Socom Delta. Can't take this 801 out of my pocket! Going on 4 days now which is very unlike me.
 
I just went to watch toughthumbs' video for that knife that's all JYD. I like the design he did on the handle, I think it's very cool looking. However, the knife design in general is still not very nice looking to me at all.

i’ll have to agree with you stick. Im not 100% in love with the blade design. I like the one he made into the “stealth tanic” (the one he’s auctioning). its a much more appealing design to me..

but still.. that sheet metal look is just kick ass...

Nope, it's different. The handle has the sheet metal and rivets thing going on. Pretty interesting.


Mark, I'm packing up your 0600 now. I did an 18.5 degree per side edge, since that matched closely the bevel on the front side of the knife. It cuts like crazy, you'll be pretty happy with it since you're actually using this knife. The batts are charging now, I'll throw them in as well, and we should be squared away.

Sweeeeeet. I can't wait to use the hell outta it. Thanks for everything Mario. If you hadn't been kind enough to do that for me, I'd probably still be reprofiling it :D
 
OK fellows what do you think. My email account was hacked today. Mainly signed into and then a mass email was sent out to all my contacts. I have checked banking, paypal ect and everything looks fine. Do you think this warrants closing the account and switching to a new email?

I like the handle actually. Kind of a steampunk iron age piece and I can dig that. The blade though is way to fat and squarish to be good for anything I'd use it for. What in the world would you use it for? Give me a working blade shape of sorts and I could live with it.

Also that doberman karambit looks cool in a "put it above the mantle" fantasy sword kind of way. Again looks like it would be useless, but I do like the spinework and the cog wheel on the back. Why would you put a fat tanto on a karambit :confused:

That happened to mine, and Chesters IIRC.

I just changed my password, and haven't had any trouble since.
