ORDERS ARE CLOSED! 2023 BladeForums.com Traditional Knife.

This one is just passing through my hands on its way to the friend I bought it as gift for. Don’t worry, I told them (I’m terrible at keeping surprises) and got permission to look it over for a day or so before sending along 😬

Sorry to everyone else, but #379 may just be the best example of the bunch! Perfect jigging, excellent color, great pull strength (about a 6 main and I suspect the pen will settle to a strong 7 after breaking in), and not a hint of blade rub!

Good news, all have been shipped except for 2 people who didn't put usernames in with their order and their email doesn't match any profiles. If they aren't actually members? Order is getting cancelled. Also had to refund a couple overseas orders as well.

Thank you all for your support and patience as I cranked these out.

After refunds and cancellations, it's looking like there's now 15 that will be made available, in addition to the store models, 2nds, satin models, and acrylics. I will list these after I hear back from the last 2 people I mentioned.

As far as flippers go, there's only so much I can do, and a fair bit of gray area. If you get a knife, don't like it, and sell it for what you bought it for? Ok, that's not really flipping. Buying it to immediately toss it on fleabay or elsewhere for $100+ more? Banned.

450 checking in. Landed today.

Spark, this is a homerun. Over the centerfield fence. Outstanding job! And your work ethic, patience, and spirit of excellence resembles a gladiator. Thank you!

Everything on this knife is perfect. The pull, the fit and finish, the tone of brown, the sharpness, and the wow factor--tremendous rep of the Blade Forums.

There is a gentle rub if I open the small blade before opening the large blade. Ever so slight. But that's on me. Otherwise everything is tight and lined up perfectly. And besides, this knife will be carried and a serious user.

By the way. It's a perfect fit, in my opinion, in my Hitch and Timber Proper Slip.

441 is here!

And man, this is such a killer knife. Great walk and talk, great deep color on the bone but still have character, and the pulls are nice and tolerable, if a tiny bit stout on the pen.

Had to put a new edge on it and I remembered how easy it is to sharpen 1095 and how good of an edge it takes. Been dealing with too many new-fangled super steels and I forgot how nice it is to just be able to put on a good edge fast and easy.

Thanks Spark Spark for making this happen. Greta way to celebrate 25 of the forums and 10 years here for me!

Also the picture is a bit sad, but I couldn’t not put one in here:

Sorry for bothering you Spark Spark
My money got caught in PayPal hell for some reason for over two weeks (almost $700) and it finally went through and was immediately sent a shipping notice.

Wait, I received a mail order that a label was prepared today - I paid in time but money was caught in PP Hell and only sent properly today. It was there but not there if that makes sense? Do you know if there is indeed one saved to ship me? So sorry
