Gawd-A-Mighty SoansoMcMasters SoansoMcMasters !!!! What do ya have that knife stuck in????? What if you're down at the lake, the stockyards, the restaurant and ya need to touch up or sharpen yer knife. Will that thing fit in yer back pocket??? I'm sure yer knife is a beauty but I can't tell fer sure. It's all wrapped up in tape. We need another picture of it.
That, my friend, is a KME guided sharpening system! I use it or two other guided systems to reprofile almost all of my knives!

For example, I’m dropping this one down by about 9 degrees and I don’t have the steady hand to make hundreds of passes on a stone to knock off that much from the shoulders while making it look purdy!

For down by the lake I use a pocket stone, a portable v-crock of some sort, or best of all, a different knife!

I hate the 35, but I love this. Maybe I need to find a single spring 35. The 35’s I’ve had and handled were two springs and the heft and thickness were too much for me to enjoy in the pocket. This is slim and feels great.
You need a 35 Churchill. They're single spring, with a clip main & a sheepsfoot secondary. Up until this one, the Churchill was easily my favorite GEC. This 34 has a bit more snap & I like that.
