Oregon SHOW!!

I have driven 6 hours to a gun show where there was only a very slim chance of finding a nice knife.
Charlie, on my way I will be stopping in Creston BC to visit family for a day and also to drop off my wife there for a longer visit. On my way home I am going to take an extra day and drive up to Nelson to visit Roland.
Dave, Ray from Austin TX has a 33 hour drive. I also think that Bob Burscher? drives from Florida, so I don't believe that I am even second runner up for the longest drive. Not really bringing much, I just don't like flying.

It's official - Bill assembled a handfull of TC Barlows for the Oregon Show!!
There are about a dozen, which I will sell at 9:30 on Saturday, table U-2.
I won't see them until Friday, so I can't tell you any more!!
Bill takes great delight in surprises! Not very business-like if you ask me (grumble, grumble)!
We'll just have to wait and see!!
Last big one was a buncha dead skunks:p, at the Rendezvous a few years ago! :D

I heard Bill did a few in Mardi Gras Acrylic and a couple in Violet Pioneer Bone!:eek::oops:o_O:confused::confused::rolleyes:

Not really, just a belated April Fools prank.

FYI - for those who don't know...

Eugene is a College town. It's not a big city. Parking is easy. There are a number of craft beer bars and cheap food downtown. There's a couple good used bookstores too.

I missed last year, but usually there are other events going on in the same convention center. Best I ever saw was: Knife Show, Gun Show, Model Train Show, Library Book Sale, and a Craft Show.

* Just checked the Lane Center Calendar. Gun Show and Flea Market the same days at that location.

Bring your wallet.

My dad & I will both see you there on Friday Charlie, Dave & Barry! Unfortunately because of work that's the only day we'll be able to make the drive up from Coos Bay though. :(
