OT: Need some input on my makers mark

Version 3 is nice, but looks a little high-tech to me. Sort of like something from Mercworx or tattooed on a sk8er (who would definitely spell it like that).

Version 2 is also good.

My only suggestion is to write out your whole name from the K. It could be in a different, smaller font. If you look at many of the big-name makers from the mid-twentieth century resurgence in bladecraft, all they had was a name stamped perpendicular to the edge, just above the guard. Lile comes to mind. A similar thing would have class, even in a more modern font.

Another option would be to just go with a symbol, a la the pre-initial HI knives. I'm sure you could keep consistency a bit higher than the kamis! I'm sure you can come up with something interesting in the square/circle line. Such as a square, with the east edge halving a circle. There is something mysterious about just a symbol, (lets not go into the excentricities of Prince, the formerly and presently known as musician!). Besides, people who need to know will know, just like the HI knuts know what the heck a butterlamp looks like and the Busse nuts lap up completely unmarked blades without a second thought.

Whatever you decide on, make sure to put me on the list for a sample!
