Hi Chaps

Was wondering how many watch afficionados lurk in the Busse forum !!

What watch do you have on your wrist right now ?

I personally have on a Sinn 356 Flieger (sapphire crystal) with a black leather strap !

Just interested is all !!

I'm sportin' my Seiko SKX007K today...

Any IWC, Damasko, Sinn or Panerai are just a few of the makes that are high up on my wish list...

Love watches but, swords and knives usually take most of my funds. Sportin my Invicta Elite Chrono today. SS w/ Blue Dial. Have a Tag Heuer Kirium, a few other Invictas and some antique Hamiltons.

My personal favorites are the Seiko mechanicals. They are strong, comparatively inexpensive, and a hell of a lot of watch for the money. Sorta like Busses, no? Until a few months ago, my EDC for over 10 years was a 7002-7039. But I got a stainless Samurai and an Ecozilla and have retired the 7002 to the dresser drawer.

The 'Zilla is EDC and the Sammy is "dress". Notice that you can just see my Uncle MoFo in its sheath at the top right of the picture:

I don't wear a watch 98% of the time. I tear them up and find I could care less what time it is most days.

It's funny. When I went to Navy OCS (Class 87005, Bravo Company, 1st Battalion), one of the first things they did to us was take away our watches. "We'll tell you what time it is, when you need to know." It drove me nuts for that week until they gave them back. I feel naked without a watch.

I had a classmate in college who put it this way: "A man without a watch is like a man without a [self-edited for family-friendliness]. Both aren't good for much."

I've got 2 Breitlings. . . .One Super Ocean and one Titanium Aerospace that Jennifer got me for our anniversary a few years ago :D . . .

Very cool. . .

My grand dad always said I was good for nothing.
