Well, Hurricane Laura hit this morning around 1 a.m. We caught the East side of the eye wall, it wasn’t the surge that was devastating, they were way off with that prediction, it was the wind and tornado funnels that destroyed this part of the country. It’ll be a while before power is restored. Just when you think 2020 can’t get any worse, it does. My house suffered significant damage, but not as bad as others. Some folks around here don’t have a home to come back to.
On the bright side, no water damage and no one I know was hurt.

Mother Nature can be cruel and unforgiving all at the same time, usually just luck of the draw how it plays out. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and everyone else who is affected by this tragedy. I am glad to hear you are ok, at least physically. You are all in my thoughts, everyday.Well, Hurricane Laura hit this morning around 1 a.m. We caught the East side of the eye wall, it wasn’t the surge that was devastating, they were way off with that prediction, it was the wind and tornado funnels that destroyed this part of the country. You posted a different knife than mine. Mine is a mini trapper and yours is the regular trapper, which is a better size, in my opinion. I carry my full size trappers a lot more often than my mini trapper. But I sure love that Yellow Delrin. Beautiful knife! Nice Spyderco, too.Prester John , you beat me to the punch with your outstanding Case. But seeing as it is my favorite color on the Case, sentimental because my 1st Uncle gave me the exact same yellow color one when I turned 10 I believe ( that somehow mysteriously disappeared shortly thereafter), it being nearly the exact same yellow color of my first car (Mach 1), and this particular Case Trapper was generously gifted to me by @bladeblabber, I felt you might make an exception of my posting one too.
Yellow Case Trapper & Yellow Spyderco H1 Fish Hunter.

That is very kind of you to give me an out and let me leave the table with my head still held up high, gracious and a true gentleman on your part, as always my friend. Alright...I admit I'm desperate here, this one is my latest "Yoink!"![]()
Lol...seller's hands and pic, not mine. Mine are the baby soft hands of an operator with a bit of the chewed up fingertips of an engraverJeez, Chip, I hadn't thought you'd resort to self-harming just so we'd notice your desperation. If you need some attention, brother, just Yell!
