Well, Hurricane Laura hit this morning around 1 a.m. We caught the East side of the eye wall, it wasn’t the surge that was devastating, they were way off with that prediction, it was the wind and tornado funnels that destroyed this part of the country. It’ll be a while before power is restored. Just when you think 2020 can’t get any worse, it does. My house suffered significant damage, but not as bad as others. Some folks around here don’t have a home to come back to.
On the bright side, no water damage and no one I know was hurt.

Sorry to hear about the Hurricane but am glad to hear no one gets hurt or damage. Btw, great trio!

Being that ChazzyP ChazzyP is my mentor, along with many other enabling members here too, I figure I can stretch out the final letter Z just a little bit, as I have learned from the very best there is here.

Also, a big thank you is in order going out to Eli Chaps Eli Chaps for starting this thread. There have been some of the most amazing and beautiful specimens displayed here that rival any museum collection out there to date. Our members here as a whole, have no other rivals for the overall quality and knowledge displayed here. I do hope that this thread will become an ongoing encyclopedia of jaw dropping amazement as time marches onward.
