The knife in #268 has what Willem calls a Zulu Spear. He generally will shape it to your design.
Here is one in ctek to show he will use most any material.

85% directly from Willem. At times slow to order directly, but well worth the wait.

These three are really the sort to shake you out of a knife torpor and to like something different and original Very impressed all round by the diffrence in patterns and materials, but his file-work is up to French standards and that's benchmark! Pity he's so far away and working in difficult circumstances.
