Out of Stock

I didn't even try scotch til I was 40. Didn't like it. Tried it again 13 years later...
Still didn't like it.
Bourbon and tequila, on the other hand, still make me happy. (I probably wouldn't bother with tequila, if bourbon tasted right to me in the heat of summer...but it doesn't; so I do.)

I should have thought about supply chain issues, we are having the same problems at my place of work.

I figured that mentioning $250 as a minimum for a knife quality knife was normal. I shall keep my buying habits private.
It is normal to mention your price range, and you have nothing to apologize for.

I don't think there is relative shortage compared to two years ago.

True, more COVID/WFH-related demand, but I mostly blame changing marketing techniques. The more short runs - the more the word spreads.

For example Spyderco Exclusives or Hinderer releases: there are certainly more than in 2019. Yet, they run out quicker.

In parallel there is more trading going on as well. People turn around knives faster than before.

Think for a minute how _blind_ Busse grab bags can possibly work - but they do.

The shortages are GOOD for me because they keep me from buying too many knives that I WANT but really don't NEED.

But, despite the shortages, I'm STILL buying knives (27 more already this year) and BF is mostly to "blame" for that!

LOL! ;)
Slow down! I've only bought 5, and one wasn't even for me. I also sold two yesterday! Knife #5 is not even here yet!

A friend of mines wife was trading her leased Toyota Camry as the lease was ending. The residual on the 3 year old car with 20k miles on it was $14k. They bought the car and resold it for $25k. Buying new cars is tough these days. Even 1-3 year old cars are hot as you can't get new cars. Supply chain issues are really killing the big ticket items.
