j/k Right now I'm loving my ASH-1. Although I need to get hand sanded magnum handles put on it. Standards thickness just feels a bit off.

As far as best midsize Busse? I'm waiting for my BJ to get into my hands before I can give a verdict as that will be my first Busse. Although I scored a TG in the ganzaa and having just found bussecompanystore.com am now eyeing those tasty sar6's. They all look like amazingly designed pieces of cutlery and each should excell...my answer will probably depend which ever falls into my hands first :-p
