I have never had a blade with a fin/harpoon.Are they easy to unsheath? I always think it will get caught up in something (shirt,etc)

They are as fast as any other blade. You will have no issues Carrying this blade concealed.

In my sheaths yes.
If the sheath is made correctly you should have no problem at all.

Now shirts ? I would think not as they are not sharp.
