Yes, I'm in the process of changing my company name to better fit what I am doing now. The old name made it like I only made sheaths, I always got asked who makes my knives... I started to sound like a broken record explaining to people that I made them. I am gonna focus more on knives and only make sheaths as they come in on orders and bulk orders but I am not making anymore just to make them. Also I got so irritated everytime I post hashtag 710 or anything with 710 in it. Who knew that 710 meant smoking the devils lettuce in oil form like smoking crack out of a water pipe that looks lile a crack pipe. Now I aint got nothing against the devils lettuce but I just dont want my company to be thought as being affiliated with the devils lettuce.

This bladeshow I am gonna try something different for the sheath purchases.

Huh, never knew that, just thought it was your area code or something similar, like you were repping your neighborhood.

Vintage Gerber and Buck
Dang, Tanker.
I didn't think anybody had those old Gerbers anymore!

M-i-L was from Portland, and never let anything go.
Now I put a decent edge on it,I actually really like the parer. Don't use the rest, though.

I have a question. Our ISP is upping the game from 10mbps, to 100. I purchased a new cable modem, and router that will handle the new speeds. Been years since I've had to do a setup for these items. Do I connect the modem first, then call the ISP to give them the MAC number, then hook up the router and install it? I feel like an idiot. Maybe I'll get my son in law over here to do it.

Got a Lionsteel TM-1 in the other day. It's a sweet blade but a bit on the big/heavy side for an edc folder. So i won't be keeping it.

Too bad. I like the design and looks. Good lockup. No blade play. Feels quality... But i wanted it as a folder I'd carry and use daily and it's just a bit heavy for that.

Had to use a diamond rod to get that M2 tool steel to take an edge. I hand wash them and hit them a few licks on the ceramic before putting them back in the block

It is a sweet looking blade.

My younger brother has that knife as his daily EDC, he loves it to death. I guess weight isn't an issue to his carry knife.

Yea i mean i have read a lot of people love it. Guess I'm just being overly picky LOL. I never been real into folders but now i want a half decent one to EDC. And I'd rather it be under 3.5" just so i don't need to worry. This one is just a hair over at 3.54... Not sure that extra .04" would get me in trouble or not but i dunno...

And personally I'd prefer a flipper.

It's a great blade just doesn't scream carry and use me to me. I'm selling it. Listed at 170. Prolly drop price to 165 tomorro then bottom out at 160. If no takers at that price I'll just use it.

I've found every company likes to do it a little differently. My recommendation is to call Tech Support for your provider and ask them how they would like you to do it. Then milk them for the steps to do it. :D

i'd imagine you power up the modem, hook it up and plug your computer in and see what's up.

you probably have to call the company, and they can remotely do their stuff. make sure to ask them that you have access... first major thing i'd do is opt out of having the modem do wifi for you, if it can, because some companies will set i up to allow GUESTS i mean, anyone who's a customer to use yours (city wide roaming)... newp

me? i'd plug it in anyway and see what happens. if you bought the right modem they use, it may even auto-provision and just work. if you were really clever, you might even set it up yourself and change the passwords before they do.

I'm considering acquiring a 1911.

Any favorites in the group?

Things to look for or avoid?

My brother has a Springfield Armory Loaded 1911 and really likes it. I've also sold a Springfield to a customer who is quite happy with it. I've got a Para that I popped a Storm Lake threaded barrel in that I shoot suppressed and it has performed well. I do know that Kimber has some proponents, but others think they grew a little too fast and quality control suffered...especially for the price you pay.

If any of you have any interest in a brous bionic XL, i found a coupon code for 25% off... Even works on the clearance prices. Makes it pretty cheap. Pm for info...

I see the places name all over BF when i did a quick search... But don't see their name listed in the authorized dealer list... So I'll give the info privately...

But i also seen all the places we use to intentionally not say, like big river store, flea bayou etc, very widely thrown about so casually... I haven't been around for a while.. Has the deal spotting rule been lifted??
